Open LinkedIn Campaign Manager

You’ll start by opening LinkedIn’s Campaign Manager, which is the dashboard where ads are managed. This ensures you’re in the right place before granting your agency secure access.

01▸ Go to the LinkedIn Advertise page and sign in.

02▸ By now, you should have landed yourself in LinkedIn Ads Campaign Manager.

Select the correct ad account

01▸ Choose the right ad account. Select it by name or ID.

02▸ Confirm the account is correct.

The account name and ID should show at the top of the "Campaign Manager" dashboard. Ensure they align with your target account.

Grant access in Account settings

Now that you’re in the right ad account, add your agency’s user through "Account settings". This gives them "Campaign Manager" access without billing or owner controls.

01▸ Click "Account settings".

02▸ Click "Manage access", then "Add user".

03▸ Search for the agency user’s name on their LinkedIn profile, set "Role" to "Campaign Manager", then click "Add".

04▸ Confirm the new user appears in the user list.

You should see the agency user listed with the role "Campaign Manager", showing access was granted.

Confirm agency visibility

Finally, have your agency confirm they can see the ad account in their "Campaign Manager". This is the last check to make sure access is working before campaigns kick off.

01▸ Notify your agency contact to sign in at the LinkedIn Advertise page.

02▸ Ask them to check the ad account in "Campaign Manager".

They should look for your ad account listed in their "Campaign Manager" dashboard. They should see the ad account there. If it doesn’t appear, revisit the user role and account ID, then try re-adding them.
