SOP 257: Granting Access To A Linkedin Page

Connect with agency users on LinkedIn
To ensure you can be added as a page admin, you and each agency user should connect as first-degree connections on LinkedIn. While LinkedIn allows other connection levels, being direct connections helps avoid “can’t find member” issues when the client searches by the name.
01▸ Open each agency user’s LinkedIn profile URL and click "Connect".
02▸ For the agency, open LinkedIn and click "Accept" on the client’s connection request.
Open the page in super admin view
01▸ Click "Me" > under "Manage", select the company Page.
02▸ After the page loads, you should see "Settings" listed in the left-hand menu, confirming you are in the super admin view.
Add agency users as content admins
This role lets them publish posts, respond to comments, and view analytics, without exposing sensitive super admin controls.
