🤞 Ideal Outcome: You will have exported ClickMinded SOPs to Asana, ClickUp, Trello, and any other third-party platforms supported by ClickMinded.
🤔 Why this is important: Exporting ClickMinded SOPs to platforms like Asana, Trello allow you to delegate SOPs and build your company knowledge right from your existing project management tools.

__⚠️Prerequisites or requirements: __
• Important: This feature is only available for users of the Marketing Operating System.
• You will also need an existing account for the platform you intend to export the SOPs to, for example: Asana, Notion, ClickUp, etc.

Before you start
You can export ClickMinded SOPs to these platforms:
- Asana
- ClickUp
- Trello
- Notion
- Monday
Scroll down or use the table of contents for steps to export ClickMinded SOPs to your preferred platform.
Export to Asana
01▸ Login to ClickMinded members’ dashboard (web version).
02▸ Search for the SOP you want to export and click on that SOP.
03▸ Under "Project Management Integrations", click on “Asana.”
04▸ You’ll be redirected to Asana’s permission page. Select “Allow”.
05▸ You will be redirected to your Asana workspace, where you will find the imported SOP and the subtasks added to your Asana project.
Export to Notion
Before you Export an SOP to your Notion account, you need to first create a dedicated page in Notion where you want to export the SOPs to. Copy the URL of the new Notion page (you will need this later). Note: You can also use an existing page in your current Notion account.
01▸ Now login to ClickMinded members’ dashboard (web version).
02▸ Search for the SOP you want to export and click on that SOP.
03▸ Under "Project Management Integrations", click on “Notion.”
04▸ You will be redirected to the Notion’s permission page. Click “Select Pages.”
05▸ Select the page you’ve created previously — This is where the SOP will be exported to, and click “Allow Access”
The SOP is now exported to your private Notion workspace.
Export to ClickUp
01▸ Login to ClickMinded members’ dashboard (web version).
02▸ Search for the SOP you want to whitelabel and click on that SOP.
03▸ Under "Project Management Integrations", click on “ClickUp.”
04▸ Choose a workspace to connect
The SOP is now imported into your ClickUp workspace.
Export to Monday
01▸ Login to ClickMinded members’ dashboard (web version).
02▸ Search for the SOP you want to whitelabel and click on that SOP.
03▸ Under "Project Management Integrations", click on “Monday.”
04▸ Select “Install the app”. This is a custom ClickMinded third-party Monday app that allows us to export SOPs directly into your workspace.
05▸ Authorize ClickMinded to install the platform interpreter to your Monday account.
06▸ Once installed, head back to the export screen, and select “Export to Monday”
You’ve now imported the SOP to your organization’s workspace.
Export to Trello
01▸ Login to ClickMinded members’ dashboard (web version).
02▸ Search for the SOP you want to whitelabel and click on that SOP.
03▸ Under "Project Management Integrations", click on “Trello.”
04▸ Authorize ClickMinded to access your Trello account.
The SOP is now imported into your Trello account.
