If you don’t have access, ask your client or your colleague to grant you access following SOP 062 ([web version](https://members.clickminded.com/sop/062/)): Granting access to Meta Business Suite.\r\n\r\n[__Click here to get the most up-to-date version of this SOP__](https://members.clickminded.com/sop/125)\r\n\r\n## Create your report within Meta Ads Manager\r\n\r\n### 01▸ Log in to your Meta [Ads Manager account](https://www.facebook.com/ads/manager)\r\n\r\n### 02▸ Open the sidebar and click “Ads Reporting”.\r\n\r\n\r\n### 03▸ Click the green button or “+ Create report”.\r\n\r\n\r\n### 04▸ Select the “Pivot Table” layout and click \"Continue\". You can change this layout any time in the future.\r\n\r\n\r\n### 05▸ At the top of the page, hover over “Untitled Report” and click on it to write a new report name. For example:\r\n\r\n“Weekly Report”\r\n\r\n“Ad campaign Report Summary”\r\n\r\n“Business_Name campaign report”\r\n\r\n\r\n### 06▸ Click \"Customize\" on your right-hand side to reveal the “Customize Pivot Table” and select “Campaign Name” and “Ad Set Name”.\r\n\r\n\r\nThis will give you the ad campaign data grouped by “Campaign Name” and “Ad Set Name”.\r\n\r\n\r\nAlternatively, you can select one or more of the groupings available.\r\n\r\n\r\n### 07▸ Next, click “Metrics” and select the metrics you’d like to see in this report.\r\n\r\nYou can select whichever or any combination of metrics you want. A good starting point would include:\r\n\r\n\r\nOnce you’ve selected the metrics, your report will show in real time.\r\n\r\n\r\n### 08▸ Next, update the date for the report. If this is a monthly report, select “This month”. If you don’t have access, ask your client or your colleague to grant you access following SOP 062 ([web version](https://members.clickminded.com/sop/062/)): Granting access to Meta Business Suite.\r\n\r\n__The latest update as of April 2025:__ The “Schedule Export” feature is no longer available in Ads Reporting and is now only accessible at the __Campaign level__ in Ads Manager.\r\n\r\n### 01▸ To schedule a campaign-level ad report, go to the left navigation menu and click “Campaigns.”\r\n\r\n### 02▸ Select the relevant campaign and ensure the associated ad sets and ads are selected.\r\n\r\n### 03▸ Then, click the downward arrow next to the Share icon and choose “Schedule export.”\r\n\r\n\r\n### 04▸ Right after, name your export or campaign name, including the data date range that you would like to schedule.\r\n\r\n### 05▸ Next, set up the delivery preference. This can be daily, weekly or monthly depending on your team or your client's preference.\r\n\r\n### 06▸ Search for the people who already have access to this account with whom you would like to share the report.\r\n\r\n### 07▸ Finally, click \"Schedule\", and that's it!
