Granting access is the most secure way to share your site’s data without having to share your login details. \r\n\r\n__🧐 Where this is done__ Google Search Console\r\n\r\n__🗓️ When this is done:__ Every time you want to grant, request, or revoke access to your Google Search Console account.\r\n\r\n__👨 Who does this:__ The person responsible for managing access to your Google Search Console account.\r\n\r\n__⚠️Prerequisites or requirements: __You will need admin access to the Google Search Console Account.\r\n\r\nIf you don’t have a Google Search Console account, refer to SOP 020 ([web version](https://members.clickminded.com/sop/020/)) to set up Google Search Console.\r\n\r\n[__Click here to get the most up-to-date version of this SOP__](https://members.clickminded.com/sop/115)\r\n\r\n## Granting access to Google Search Console\r\n\r\n### 01▸ Sign in to your [Google Search Console](https://search.google.com/search-console) account by clicking [here](https://search.google.com/search-console) and then “Start Now”.\r\n\r\n\r\n### 02▸ In the sidebar, click “Settings” then click “Users and Permissions”.\r\n\r\n\r\n### 03▸ Click “Add users”.\r\n\r\n\r\n### 04▸ Enter the email address you want to grant access to and click “ADD”\r\n\r\nThere are 2 types of permission you can grant the user:\r\n\r\n__Full Permission__: The user is able to view all reports and perform actions such as create status reports and submit URLs for indexing. This privilege is usually reserved for marketing manager or agency account manager.\r\n\r\n__Restricted Permission__: The user only has view access to some of the Google Search Console report.
